The middle of the road but busy turboprop , PMDG J-41 can really get to be a hand full , been posted before

Typical of PMDG it has all the special features

Engine management is a mission in itself .... lotta enjoyment here

got to be careful with throttle quad s ... now Greg has a new unit .. do not come here try it .. or more expense maybe unsure.gif

I have the 1900 model C and D series but this cockpit and ops makes it so different

at cruise it so similar to any

the views equal .. even get the icing

weather wise great

If this is there hi end turbo prop , dang i,m really looking forward to the PMDGs Dash 8

Ooo Ooo Ooooo!! I forgot I have one of those! I have always thought it to be a rather awkward looking aeroplane that screens beautifully, I love it nonetheless, as I do those screens! 5 STARS !!!

Ian, you had me all excited with your topic sub-title. I thought that you were going to say that the Dash-8 had been released and that you were transitioning from the J41 to the Dash-8. Still have to wait I a bit I guess . . . .

I must admit, a decent Dash-8 would be nice. I really like the Flight1 ATR72-500, but it's pretty long in the tooth now sad.gif

Yep, the Flight1 ATR is pretty good but for me it chews up the frame rates a bit. Still flyable but not sure what would happen if I got into heavy weather or lots of traffic.

Lovely bunch.
For some reason I don't have any PMDG models, probably look a little daunting to operate...
But see! I told you TrackIR works in a Tube! great VC that#7

Excellent camera angles Ian. A lot of aeroplane - no more 'kick the tires, light the fire'

In this case, Photoreal takes the prize.
