My first attempt at a screenie. Might not be considered fast now but in the 50s, this was the thing to beat. Hawker Hunter diving in on a practice target from 25000ft. Has just broken the sound barrier here.

Ive had it for a while its on flightsim.com. The file name is hunter_t.zip. That is one of the repaints that comes with it. One of my fav aircraft at the moment. The same guy also does the F model but I always had problems with the flight model.

She's a beaut alright.
Last of the elegant, heavily-overdesigned British warplanes.
And you've caught the highlighting on that lovely body very nicely in your shot.

She sure is. Every time I see one fly, I just have to stop for a bit and listen to the lovely sound. There are better aircraft performance wise, but none of them have the same style or charisma as the Hunter. Its one of the few aircraft that I would pay to go for a fly in.

But then again... the original Blackhawk (Early 70's, deceased at Farnborough) had lifting fixed wings as I recall...

...could lift 5000 lbs of armaments under each wing, not to mention the internal load of 6 lean mean fightin' machines.

Hind too.

I think I'll enter... inspiration has struck :D

...as soon as I can sit for longer than a few minutes. See you around, guys.
