I do have a gorgeous book here called "Aerial Espionage" covers everyone little tricks lies and loss's and even tampering with aircraft registration to full the intercepts, the 'Rivet' missions 'Rivet Ball' started in 1970 , before that the missions were called 'Big Team' and 'Combat Pink' using the RC-135 s off many types.

The book was published in 1985 when spy v spy from everybody and airforce by Dick van der Aart a Dutch who dealt with aviation development security research.
