Nothing better to do on Good Friday so went to Palmie Airport to take a few photos.
This was taken thru the netting fence so its slightly blury. This might be just a place holder til I find something better. I'm up in Auckland next week so might make a trip out to the Airport

******* this photo has been removed from the competition by me and replaced by the glider at fielding photo latter in this thread*************************

Gee that second fence is annoying huh? I have the same problem any time I go out to the airport - a lot of my shots end up looking like the aircraft is mounted on top of the fenceposts!

That angle looks very familiar smile.gif

Took a shot on Friday that I'd much rather enter instead of my Iroquois one.

Well it's not flighsim this time round so I figured I'd chuck my entry in.

This will be a starter until I possibly stumble across another contender.

Still trying to work out how this forum thing works (cherry!!!). My effort for this month, smallest form of personal aviation, taken from above Te Mata Peak, Hawkes Bay, in my paraglider. A fine weather substitute for FSX! rolleyes.gif

Didnt get any decent photos from my visit to NZAA, so this will have a to do instead.
It was taken at Feilding airport. I think it shows a good manawatu scene. Gliding, with the Wind turbines in the back ground.

This shot replaces my earlier shot of the ATR at Palmie Airport.
