C206 near Wanaka

A couple of screenshots from the Wanaka area. The Carenado C206 with the Wanaka Flightseeing repaint (from avsim, not sure if it is still there) with some nice real world weather. Taken near Mt. Maude with Lake Hawea in the background.

Nice shots however I don't think that they show off the C206's wonderful lines to best advantage...but that is me. Keep up the good work.

Hey Happy, nice shots, and a great aircraft, and model. What a freeeeky coincidence, just last night I knocked up a repaint of that exact aircraft, as AVSim is still down I couldnt suss out if there was an existing repaint for Wanaka Sightseeing so I bashed one out. The only prob with the way they setup the textures for the 206G tho is the tail is only one face, the Port side gets mirrored on the Starboard side so the logo text is back to front on the right, never mind, its a pretty cool model so cant really complain.

update - looking at your pics, I think the real-world ZK-MIF is actually a U206G with the wheel covers etc, at least thats the one I've painted

and Real NZ Wanaka FSX
Love that Scenery, So awesome detail with very litle effects on frames

The add-ons are RealNZ Southern Lakes (for the Wanaka scenery), the Carenado C206, (repaint was from Avsim for the Wanaka Flightseeing aircraft) and REX for the clouds. Usually flying with real world weather as well, which seems to be perfect for REX. Not sure if the repaint is available elsewhere as Avsim library was still down the last time that I tried it.
