Looking good Mike can't wait to see the rest of it as I have flown around that area many times when we were fish spotting between Kahurangi Point and Farewell Spit. Let me know when it is available.

Beautiful, Mike..looks like we have few scenery projects in the boiler now for FSX...the whole of NZ will be transformed sooner rather than later.

spent a bit of time there during my honey moon. Amazing place. Well deserving of a scenery addon. Has anyone ever done a Nelson airport before?

There is only black and white available low res image for that Nelson ,ive been looking into this area for a friend so you never know what imagery will come up ,on the question about the airport ,both Ian warren and Snowman have made airports ,these where made for 2002 fs and fs9 ,the snow man version mite work in FSX ?

Ill make sure in the final version release ,that i name it Abel ,im so bad at spelling lol ,thanks for the heads up i would have just rolled with able if you hadn't said something .. thumbup1.gif

just a heads up on releases of Abel tasman and all my work including HamitonX will now be donationware ,so the choice will be yours , reasons behind the move from payware products to donation is the work load involved to produce payware is to long to get everything 100% before you guys can fly it ,so it just sits on my HD forever .
i want as a designer full flow to my work and to be spiting out area after area for you guys and what ive been trying to do with payware has slowed this process down ,
Good exsample is abel tasman ,its been only 3-4 days/nights and i have a large area for you guys ,just got to make a installer and uploaded it to my site ,same with Christchurch i did last week for a client and is now only waiting on a touch up with agn kindly being done by Ian warren ,thats two large areas plus Hamilton coming your way without the brakes applied ..

it will be a simple process ,download a smaller area to test it out and see if its for you ,,if it is donate to get full version ..

This is a sound approach, good on ya. It must be a tough call but I think you'll find good support for it from consumers. I just cant believe the criticisms that full-on commercial tools get even when pursued to near 100%, case in point the MegaAirport's Amsterdam review on a certain big-time flightsim site recently. Super detailed review but the developers must surely be upset by some of the criticisms. Some people.

With the work you have coming out, e.g. HamiltonX, and the VLC stuff on the horizon, and Robins 20% off July (dinner funding) sale I've now convinced myself to switch to FSX finally. Lookin FWD to all new levels of Simtisfaction. drool.gif

Mike,

Fantastic. I want the rest of it through your DonationWare offer. But, I appear to be going around in circles at fs-creations.

Quote; "To upgrade to the Full Version please visit http://fs-creations.co.nz and click on the “Donationwareâ€￾ button on the “Main Menuâ€￾" - following that path takes me back to your pdf file with the above message.

Please - let me give you money so I can see more of your work?
