Found this Canberra on Classic British Files Website and after some work to fix all the jagged edges in the paintwork she came out looking nice..

Also on CBFiles I found an Antarctic Auster T-7 with skis which Ive repainted into NZ1707 which is on display at Wigrams Aviation Museum. Could only find a couple pics so might be bits missing..

Over McMurdo Base, Antarctica..

Into the big white Yonder..

Adrian , I would really hate the cold down their in the Antarctica. one reason never bothered for a season even as a cook but i do like the dressage of the US Navy , USAF and the sorts that come through CHCH , Bill Hookers Canberra , hang on ta ya toes .. there is a new one incoming with a VC .. only for FS9 tho biggrin.gif

EE Canberra PACK 4/5

Scenery is only on Flightsim.com search for McMurdo Station by Julian Avisenis. He does a great Scott Base as well which I use as well. Both are designed for FS9 but work in FSX without any problems...

That wouls be outstanding Marty, id like to double the size of the bmps to 2048x2048 so I can do all the writing on the fuselage . any closeups of the " little white squares" on the fuselag sides would be wicked !. when its completed I will upload it (along with the HARS Connie, the TEAL / ANZ / Qantas Electra...lolol)...promise.. blink.gif

Im there on thursday so I'll get some shots. Im also waiting to get back into the freighter....i have to get some for Dave Booker, but thats a bit harder at the moment, but hopefully it will be soon. But the auster...no problem.

We also have a Canberra fuselarge in the hanger like the one in your shot......Its a big aircraft, seems larger than the one in the main hall....and i never knew the tail (fin) has a lot of ply wood in it (on the sides).....useless information....but it could win you a million bucks one day winkyy.gif
No pressure re the Electra.....well ....not much anyway tongue.gif

Yep - the Can by Paul Foster (CBFSim) still is quite nice, but have a look at the "Next Generation" Canberra coming along soon:

And there's a (german) repaint occasion waiting for me... rolleyes.gif

Cheers,

I'll email you what Ive got so far later on tonite.
Also noticed the museum aircraft has an odd little light on top of the tail....I'll get more detail of that as well.
