Thanks, Sean. I've had the full Rotorua for ages and didn't realise this ramp was there!!! Just flew my Catalina there smile.gif

Thanks for the compliments!
I've had the Catalina and RealNZ Rotorua/Tauranga for a quite a while now, and it's a regular hangout for me in FS!
It's certainly interesting trying to manage your speed when you approach the docks! smile.gif

Very nice screen! All these Cat' screens are seriously tempting me, but I can't really justify buying it seeing I have forgotten how to fly. The reason for this is because I haven't started the sim up since Feb 22. winkyy.gif

Very nice!! Well composed screenshot there, and the wind blowing on the water in the background adds a very real touch to it. We are all probably going to start trying out floatplanes at Rotorua now!!

smooth (water) landings.

I suppose a split throttle would help steering a bit. I found it hard with my combined one - and trying to operate the levers individually via the VC was a bit hard.

Adam , bitta Lake time , you really get used to it , think just getting comfort with the VC is primary smile.gif
