You cant help to like a Bear , love to see one off these display at an airshow smile.gif ....... F4 and i think the Lighting would be the choice as well cool.gif

The first pic is awesome...have been trying to do a formation shot too but so far unsuccesful...the speed disparity is too much for the one Im trying

I have it as AI and do PIs on it with Eric Marcianos radar, good fun.

Your first screen I had to look at twice, I have a photograph nearly exactly the same in an Aviation History book of mine. thumbup1.gif

In the mid '60s at Leuchars, you knew it was a sunday afternoon as a Bear would enter northern UK air space just long enough to get the QRA scrambled. They were as regular as clockwork and I believe they took the sport up again a couple of years ago.

I was talking to a CAF CF-18 pilot about 18 months ago he was saying they're being kept very busy with them these days.

From the days , these thing were built so strong ... the SU22 example with a , a reporter doing push ups on its pitot tube and many considered them built outta boiler plate winkyy.gif tongue.gif
