Sunday afternoon out of Taupo - seemed like a Swordfish kind of day then Ma Nature decided to have a hissy fit.

Scud running, though not conducive to a lengthy flying career, is sometimes a mandatory option.

Reviewing the situation - the guy with the gun says it's worse in back.

Check our their other FSX freebie, the Westland 'Wyvern' - it's very nice too.

Nice shots Dave thumbup1.gif , and a great aircraft.......please dont take this as a criticism...but i dont know why anyone uses that bloody awfull default rain, its ruined so many good shots....you would think with all that can be done on f/s these days ...."they" could make the rain look better....maybe Im just tired and grumpy tonight....but...those stupid bloody vapour trails that appear also pee me off, half the time they dont even form on the aircraft..... dry.gif

Agree wholeheartedly Marty. You'd think that 'Rex' would have an alternative to default rain but apparently not. The 'streakies', as I call them, are another thing I 'clone' out whenever they show up.
