I've tried to visit quite a few of the great places I remember from my Kiwi Tour of 2007/08 in this short visit biggrin.gif Next up it's back to Auckland, then on to Sydney...but I have a feeling I will pop over the Tasman again soon before my simming takes me god knows where in the world smile.gif

Hope you enjoy the pics

@ Ian - You didn't happen to be the passenger on board who was complaining were we weren't going fast enough for his liking and that we should have got to Welly aaaages ago?? ninja.gif tongue.gif

@ Charl - It's all the different bits that make flying in New Zealand so much fun....the in-depth AI will all the real-life GA, the Interisland shipping, the great Kiwi liveries for flyable planes and of course all that great photoreal scenery....its an experience like not many others smile.gif

Cheers

Strangely NO biggrin.gif .. I had a lady beside me asking me why i had binoculars and nose glued to the window , told her what we got up to and was comparing the ground textures , pointing out features and textures , most my flights always seem to end this way , people s all over the world , no were you are , see people asking when pointed out , on a good day photo to take - swap seats for the shot s , point out were we are - the real life blend off Flight sim and the real world .

Weird , one flight into Auckland late 90s asked the , a male flight attendant , bloody goose did not even no were the hell we where or tracking - and on a supreme clear day , got a window seat use it i was facing the ocean to so obvious it was rwy05 NZAA , the people the you meet when flying down your local airways street .
