A couple of quick snaps whilst on a short scenic flight..great FPS weather today in the PNW!

My ten year old decided it would be more fun to drive a BMW around at 180kmh ..this is what happens when you hit a bump in the road at that speed biggrin.gif

Strange you choose the PNW scenery rather than our neighbour OZ

As for the beemer, looks like a shot out of the old Dukes of Hazard! Only it would of been a Charger not a 7-series. laugh.gif

It certainly looks familiar - where, exactly, in the PNW are you flying?

On the mainland near the coast adjoining the San Juan islands..I did a touch and go at an airport starting with "R" near here...will need to have another look and confirm the name. There was an oil terminal/wharf complex nearby

Various reasons:

- better FPS (most of the Orbx detailed airports are near small settlements - not large towns or cities) and subsequently can crank up the auotgen to my liking
- more interesting terrian (ie mountains)
- more interesting seasons (ie snow/spectacular autumns)
- always been interested in this area from my FS9 days with Georender
- more interesting bush strips and I like bush flying

That,s a problem i always mentioned over the major city areas , was'nt till we had a multiplay by TonyM using Ants airports and aircraft was the bunch off us really getting the most out off OZ , sorta follow the leader .
