The US govt fly planes (P3 Orion for example) into hurricanes all the time, there are so good youtube vids of them doing it.
Looks like your PC handled this storm well, that's a lot of cloud!

Good to see some software performing as advertised. REX seems to be a little behind the power curve on current weather.

Interesting!
A bit worrying for me since I'll be experiencing it for real in about 20-24 hours, but it's neat to see how it's portrayed in FS!

I'm actually curious now on what VATSpy (Vatsim's map software showing ATC and pilot locations) will look like in the coming 24 to 36 hours!
