Ah wait till VLC has a new Texture set ,i doubt very much anything will match it when its done ,other basic landclass is just pretty and is all it can be with a lot of limitations, ie the inventions of red blue green area world switches is just a pain in the butt and makes my desktop look a joke , Vectorlandclass will be more pretty 1 day and is 100%accurate ,that 100% accurate is something no one else can do with just a basic Landclass addon , anyway landclass looks pretty bad without trees displaying, turn the trees back on Marty

Nice shots Marty...what does the new texture set do for VLC Mike?

There is none yet for VLC though i think its on the cards and hopefully soon before the competition come storming in with pretty landclass , a new texture set would be all that is needed for VLC to look like the best Landclass in the world and the most accurate by 100% than anything else coming for NZ ,Think from memory its about 11 textures that need summer /winter/ fall /autumn/ spring which VLC uses so its about 56 or so textures that can be hand made from NZ sat imagery ,bit of a mission but worth the effort, suppose will see what the VLC team say about it and there plans .

Thanks Connor.....i love it down there....anywhere from Milford to Karamea....great for screens. Get some good clouds going, a bit of low sun....and your away.
