A few shots from around the country in the VRS Superbug. It does a nice job of modelling the Pandtl-Glauert singularity effect on transonic aircraft. Hopefully A2A models it on the F-4 when they release it (I haven't been able to get it to work on their other Accusim aircraft yet, the B377 tosses its toys way before that, and the P-47 not to far behind, lol!). These are unedited cos I don't know how, but I really rate this bird, total attention to detail and complexity and still pretty frame friendly. thumbup1.gif

First five are on the vicinity NZWB

Next four are Wellington region

These few are over tthe Canterbury Plains, all in 75 (RAAF) colours as this is the most likely one we will see in the skies over the country in the near future ninja.gif

Pre 87 thought was a very unlikely chance to see OZs then new Hornets , come the 1987 Sinapore-Christchurch air race airshow , those North West days were as warm as the site of the 18s once on the deck they sat without tape barriers , just a couple MPs making sure you did touch anything you where not to .

Heh - cool smile.gif Mind you thats not just "the old days" when they'd let you do that....my parents have a photo somewhere of my young nephew standing with the pilot of a USAF F-117A under the wing at an airshow in Vancouver a few years ago... course, he WAS only 5 at the time (my nephew I mean, not the pilot!!!!) smile.gif
