Feb 1974 , big white and filled the sky , did back then , trees had not grown up even airport was short a K .. Typical Northwest day

Hells no smile.gif runway extension on 02/20 were still in progress , the C5A had the twisting main trucks to suit the crosswind ... it was'nt blowing that hard from what i recall .

You had me thinking there Ian....biggest Ive seen going in on 29 was a Korean 777.....that was amazing.....and he hit hard!
