Nice shots, Im not that fond of either aircraft....but you make them look good + stars

that SBD Dauntless , thats our Wigram 1959 base commanders aircraft Sqn Ldr T J Mclean de Lange , no wonder how he would have got on painting our fleet of F-20s if they ever were produced and had the RNZAF managed to score a squadron or two in the 1980s early 90s , he was know to be flamboyant with his colour schemes

Splitpin, thanks for the comments.. im getting better at these screenshots, i was always a fan of the Northrop Freedom fighters, and the fact that this is IRIS's now Freeware FSX version i had to have, plus it comes with customisable loadouts for the single seater and RF version. Though im getting a funky black bars off from the rotating beacon on the single seaters, and Ian, i do wonder how a Kiwi F20 would have looked... can see one painted in a 75th anniversary scheme for next year similar to what the RNZAF did with the gold TA-4 in 87.

They did find a problem maintaining gold on the 'Blue Angles' hence reason went to the deep yellow , had we got the TS or it counterpart be interesting to see the possible paints .. now the F-20 is free be interesting to see if some off our NZFF flyers can put a paint out the ring
