Hi Ian,

I have.... But to tell you the truth, I have never really liked the look of P-40 Tomahawk??? I have always liked the "Kittyhawk" and the "Warhawk" much better.

Weird, hey?

A lot have raved about the new A2A P-40. I have the A2A Spitfire and love it! So I may have to look further into the P-40 Tomahawk?

Tim...

I wonder how long you'll hold out! laugh.gif

I agree with everything people say about the earlier P-40 models ... and I admit I probably spend more time "out" of the cockpit than "in". The attention to detail in the systems is great fun. A bit more complex than the Spit, so maybe a bit more rewarding when you don't stuff up winkyy.gif. I've had odd undercarriage failures (from tyre bursts to semi-locked up/down) due to heavy landings or excessive speed ... great situations to recover from. The best I can say is "at least I walked away from them" laugh.gif

Though it's a bit harder to take off in a straight line (than the Spit) - once in the air, the better cooling means you can throw it around the sky a lot more.
