whathesaid.gif ... very subtle.

I sometimes wonder whether my REX clouds are a tad "overdone" ... and often find myself looking up at *real* clouds with interest. I tend not to fiddle too much with REX ... just created a theme I'm happy with and let the weather generator do the rest. How easy is it to create themes in FEX - compared to REX? Can you change them easily "on the fly"?

I'd love to be able to create (say) three different themes and be able to flip from one to the other quickly. In REX, you need to recreate all the textures each time - quite a long-winded process, though I suppose it's unavoidable.

I love that Chippie wub.gif. One of my favourite aircraft in RL and Rick's model is superb!

@ Adam..."How easy is it to create themes in FEX - compared to REX?"....i dont know.
"Can you change them easily "on the fly"?"....i dont know.

Bra guy, i just load it and then screen...sorry. It (fex) seems to have a few more features than Rex, but bottom line for me is...good looking clouds, and both do a great job.

Sorry i cant be a little more constructive .....Im not up to speed with all the ins and outs of these things, as i said , as long as the clouds look good, thats all i need too know.
