One screenshot from today's flight, down the Southern Alps in the Turbine Duke. The early morning cloud had almost burnt off, the skies were mercifully empty and air traffic had gone quiet.....cameras at the ready for the glaciers and peaks ahead.... And to think that since the year 2000, that the Alps are growing by between 5 and 7mm a year !!

If anybody is interested, virtually all the FSX settings were maxed out (apart from AI traffic and boats etc.), with the frame rate locked on 30 fps. Processor was overclocked as normal to 4.5 GHz (air cooled). The good thing is that now I can just fly and to worry about settings, which is how it should be. Might upgrade the RAM though for something a bit faster, but the screenshot speaks for itself.

Was flying down there for real today and the weather was pretty similar! Didn't have a plane quite that flash though... Nice shot!

I think that a bit of cropping improves the screenshot, the aircraft was too small in the original, so here is version 2.....
