Im just getting into "coastal" mode for this months comp.....anything has to better than the "thing" i put in last month.
So here ya go, the Simshed Nimrod and Rex along with NZSI.

Off the Waiau river mouth and stone beach.




And further north , Kaikoura .

Aahhh ... good choice of plane!! I'm sure there'll also be plenty of Orions, Neptunes and Hercs! I may just stick some floats on my PZL-Wilga .... you have been warned! laugh.gif

Looks like your GFX settings may still be "work in progress" <?>.

tongue.gif Warming up for the coastal . I have it on good authority .... yes the regular TV3 news , ... you don't want to warm the coastal or ocean water up , it will reduce the fishys size biggrin.gif ...

Nice shots there mr splitpin... Betcha the Brits wish they some sort of asw/mp aircraft nowadays whether that is Nimrods/Orions or P-8s

Well ... a nice Mr. Kowalski had a go at welding on some helium-filled skis (the store were fresh out of floats). I think he may still be in the stratosphere somewhere laugh.gif

Luckily, the Wilga survived ... but there may not be time to fix the paintwork in time for the photo call winkyy.gif
