I've been to Roveniemi, strange place, even without the Santa Claus village. Not much more to see than this view, and an icey river

Superb shot, had to jump on Google Earth to find out where Rovaniemi is! Oddly enough I've been to Bastogne but it didn't look as good as that

A few years since I've seen a Finnish roundel - at first glance I was thinking Greece, but it didn't look right sequence of colors
