My goodness Ian, I wouldn't like to be flying in that bit of crowded sky, positively fatal I would think - and that's not just from the bullets!

In relation to the competition, it can really mean anything you want it to mean. One way to start is to google it, and see what comes up. One interesting result is the Omaka museum.
In a case like this, when the theme is tricky, I like to think about it for a week or two. In this case, an idea popped into my head when I first read the theme, so I'll work on that.

Noobie Ness , biggrin.gif , The real defining word for a "Knight of the Sky" can lead to any combat aircraft really but the history name came from WWI , but this can be lead by any Country , for example: in Vietnam the USAF pilot respected the VNAF simply for the courage , puts them into the category , doing battle in the sky! .... Knights cool.gif

True, but he was a knight of the sky. I applied a bit of poetic license to add a bit of drama

Well, if you want a true Knight of the Realm, try this one.....

Sir Paul Holmes..

OK, ok, I knew he "flew" Stearmans but I haven't got one... try a Waco, I'm sure he could have bent this one as well....

Entered as a bit of fun rather than a serious entry, with apologies to those who actually know what they're doing in Photoshop etc.
