Decided to go sightseeing around Mt Ruapehu only to have the weather turned on me. I guess I should have read the NOTAM properly

.This is real weather from Active Sky. Strictly IFR. Good fun though.

Is that Active Sky V or Active Sky 6?

Hello there. Turangi makes a good base for sightseeing around the central plateau so that's where I started from but in that pea soup I couldn't see the airfield well enough to land so I ended up diverting to Taupo.The airport not the lake!

I'm using Active Sky's latest which would be v6.
