On a life-long course of beta blockers for my heart, one of the side-effects is 'vivid dreams'. Last night I was a pilot, trapped on an island with three other people, including one other pilot. He took us to an abandoned hangar, and inside were two jet bombers, which we had to fly out, each taking one passenger. I was really scared that I wouldn't be able to fly it, as I had no jet experience, but the other pilot gave me a flight manual and told me to get used to the cockpit. After some serious reading, I felt very uncomfortable about being up so high off the ground, and was still very concerned about the spindly little undercarriage, like nothing I'd flown before, and I was convinced it wouldn't survive a landing by an inexperienced pilot.
Luckily the dream ended before I got to find out.
The pilot referred to the aircraft as 'Vigilantes', which I'd never heard of, so I had to google it this morning. Very weird. Here's a North American A-5 Vigilante which I found, works with FSX. Escaping from an island...
