Just cant stop flying the Q400, starting to get the hang of it.
The FMC is a lot different to the 737 ones, and being a typical bloke, reading the guides is only a last resort.... dry.gif
So here are some snaps from Hamilton to Napier.

Strange .. the reading thing , Marty drop of a book the other day .. hav'nt fully read it about really soaked in many facts but searched for other details ... I'll get back and post about the book later fact is we with a simulation (a top notch turn the button and switch on type) ... the book gets thrown out the door ... Seat of the pants , Exactly !

One other book Marty gave was the "Battle of the Bulge" .. now with the that in hand .. "Band of Brothers" now lets read .. and YIP , Capt Richard Winters of the 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment is in their with the read . ..... Go the Army Training Manuals cool.gif

Ahhh the Universal FMS. Yep, took me 2 days on my Citation course at Flight Safety to work out how to use that box from hell

I like to think of it as 'I can fly IFR and not get lost in cloud box'..... thumbup1.gif
