It's the AH-1Z from Area51 Simulations. I don't know if their sale is still going on but it was around US$10. Enjoyable for that price, but I wouldn't pay more for it.

...but even after 15+ years of daily Microsoft Flight Simming, I can never manage Ground-beaters/Helicopters!

I haven't got the patience to engage in fisty-cuffs with them.
Requires far too much energy, stress, and concentration on my part... ...!

I've tried, and failed, dismally... ....!
