One thing I've noticed...I use an ASUS Monitor with "Splendid" Technology, and depending on which mode I'm using (Standard, Theater, Scenery etc.) the images look fairly different, and in most modes there is too much gamma correction. Most of my images are best viewed in Standard or Scenery modes. These are modes where gamma is heavily reduced and contrast is increased. I often wonder how others see my images since monitors vary so much. smile.gif

Great Screens cool.gif , I do like this aircraft , surprised we hav'nt see the 146 yet .. big surprise was a flight i did to Wellington in stormy real weather , i had mate who used to fly them for Ansett NZ , followed by his numbers and come onto approach so perfect i think he went out and brought himself a PC , as yet i have not heard from him .

Looks i must get an autogen update across to you ... the trees have grown a little since then .

That is one thing i have pointed out , three PCs here show totally different screen , one thing Greg noticed after putting a new G/card in the more vibrant the screen was and looks that i may need a new G/card so be interesting to see the results .

Rick , at the moment Im looking at this on a MacBook , which has amazing resolution , and your looking good. The wet look on the tarmac is well done as are the rest of the shots.
Im not sure why the old apple is like this ....i do all my screens on the pc , and from time to time i look at what i thought was a good shot on the pc ... on the mac , and it looks awful.

Anyway , great shots dude , thumbup1.gif

Been virtually PC less at the moment (apart from an ancient laptop) I view most of the pics on my IPhone (have an Ipad too but the kids hog that) and the pics look great on that..(better than any PC I have access to) ...although obviously very small...

The 146 is one of my favourite aircraft. I had been waiting a long time for the QW 146 model myself (well Avro RJs in this release at least)... The JustFlight package does have the 146 models and is quite good as a single package in its own right. The QW package is slightly more polished, but I believe the panels for both aircraft packages where done by the same person/group anyway...

I really liked that last Delta Connection shot... Very interesting angle!
This aircraft is well worth getting... QantasLink were running 146s Brisbane to Canberra (among other routes for a while) but I believe these aircraft became less cost-effective as the price of AVGAS rocketed up, so they sold them off to Cargo operators.

Both the JF146 and QW Avro packages (marketed as the "Utimate 146 Collection") are available at our store... The QW 146 Collection is boxed version only however. JF package is download only at the moment (boxed version coming sometime in the future).

I don't think you will be disappointed though if you have even a fleeting interest in this aircraft type.
