With some jiggery-pokery and some aliasing, I made a decent Carvair for FSX and trundled down to NZCH to see the painter. winkyy.gif

'Propliner' is actually short for 'Proper airliner, with big rumbly radials'

Have you found a good VC for it?? would love to see a remake for FSX of the Argosy, Carvair, Bristol Freighter and F27 with full working VCs

Sadly no, Doug...I found a 'Phoebus Apollo' scheme which has pretty good prop textures and put them with Ian's paint, and aliased the 2D panel to the JBK DC-4. The VC is purely nominal - it lets you turn your head and look out, that's all. I know Jens is working on a Carvair, but he has other hobbies besides making toys for us and for the moment he is occupied with them. This concoction makes a good stopgap.
