Sorry for this abnormal thread but would anybody be able to load up their FTX Global and get any shots of the places in my title?

Just wanting to see their representation before I fork out money

Now, FTX Global is simply textures isn't it? There is no replacement mesh? What do you guys recommend for that? I have an old copy of FS Global 2008 lying around, would that make things a lot better?

yea only textures, im using FSGenesis in those shots

Yep, it would be an improvement on the default.

Here we can see, what FTX Global is... only some sort of textures, nice... but look at the coastline. This is terrible and has not much to do with the reality. It suggest us, that we have now nice textures, but without landclass, corrected coastlines and a solid mesh it is far from acceptable. FTX is good, but it can only do... what it can do. More other things are nessesary to bring acceptable results.

No disrespect intended to the posters ..... but shouldn't all this global stuff be in the scenery thread ? And to be honest , Poland etc looks just like Canterbury .... and they want more money for it , i dont think so

I forked out my hard earned money for FTX Global because I love Orbx
