Being a Kiwi the first thing I did was install a hook (not a real helicopter without one) and put it to work.
This is a really good add on, it flies really well, quite stable but retains a good amount of twitchiness if you get ham fisted with it. But work it and it will reward you, just check out the parking on the helipad done from the VC without much mucking about in the hover and without needing to screw it into place after the first touch down
However have yet to figure out how to start it, (thousands of actual turbine starts of no use apparently, may have to read the instructions yet), cannot get my autopilot to work, and it really does have the auto-rotational characteristics of a brick. Straight down!

. Check the little controls menu in the top left corner of the ACM. You can link it directly to a button on your stick there. You can also use the FSX elevator/aileron trim assignments in FSX (they do nothing of their own for helos but I made them adjust the cyclic position) for fine trim control as well.
