Great Idea IanI think ill start up an airline, and when all the airlines cancel their flights cos of fog i'll keep flying!

Posted: Fri Feb 21, 2014 8:19 amDiscussing this yesterday with light and the fog affect with aircraft lights, Greg caught glimps of a ARBUST on approach across the city when the landing lights reflected on the cloud and threw the light back on the aircraft.
I saw a real special and similar thing in around 1995 with a F28 doing calibration flights in the fog over Christchurch and he was low causing this dramatic affect , come my place - would have been ten or times the landing light affect was amazing - one hell of a light show , I do recall it was bloody cold tho
