My Apologies, I've been gone for a while...work and life...and some testing of various aircraft have kept me busy!

Here's some from a few flights recently...P3Dv2.1 included....sorry if some are old hat...

Just Flight is the seller, Glowing Heat are the developer, base from the original Alphasim Hustler

It is a complete rebuild, I was going to buy but just held off.... something is missing in the cockpit, guess the real feel, maybe its needs the oily Kerosine smell to sell ?

Technically I bought it from just Flight, but it is sold elsewhere. But it is the newly released Redux on the original Alphasim Hustler. I just wanted it in my collection. However, if I can be honest, the FDE needs some work in the highspeed arena. It's response is very sluggish at high speed. in fact so sluggish that the only way to overcome loss of pitch authority above 1.4 mach is to use trim (which is too sensitive). It's a handful on landing. The cockpit I'm surprised seems very much outdated. But I forked over the $$ since no else is making a B-58 and I wanted to support Glowing Heat. I really hope John Terrell of Warbirdsim will donate his aluminum textures to it as some point! Overall, it's fun and exciting, and worth supporting our hobby. smile.gif

"it's fun " that's all that matters Rick . I dont care about all the tech stuff , i really dont .It looks good is all i need.
Going to grab it now ....as i said, my version is FS9 i think .... its Alphasim anyway.

Great post , and great reply thumbup1.gif ( did i mention , i love your P-38 shots )

What is it about the B-58?
Even standing still, it makes the pulse beat just a little faster..
Now where's my video gone?
Youtube has re-organised yet again, to make it easier for you to get lost.
Here it is: landing is not a trivial exercise and you won't get it right first time

More screens, yes!

It was... after many many tries at not bending the gear or over-running the 10,000ft runway!
And takeoff for that matter... getting this thing airborne happens at a speed normally used by airliners for the cruise!
The model shows its age, but somehow I find that enhances the experience: it's a Cold War Warrior.
Strapping on a Hustler certainly clears the sinuses.

Marty you were also going to add some screens...
