Thanks for looking ....
as i said , still finding my way around it . Its a great model , dozens of camera angles , great textures , and it feels right.
The sound is a little odd ... to me it sounds a bit light , but Ive never heard one so ...
I dont "fly" to many of my hanger queens , but after a quick read of the book i spent a couple of hours in the zone at Edwards and loved it.
No crtl e(as is my way winkyy.gif ) start , but get the apu going , ignition and pick an engine , get rid of all the red and orange lines on the centre mfd and your away .... lots more to learn though.
I really hope AIRBUS do well with the real thing .... well worth the 20 or so euro's thumbup1.gif

Least I can revert back to Airbus , whole different aircraft , with the looking for replacement of new transports for the RNZAF ... I think the 'Big M' will be outta reach .... one that reminds off the Belfast , guess the same linear size but lest power.

Maybe not "will be outta reach " Ian , Naki said the other night that ANZ are going to go through the whole exercise again with Airbus & Boeing .... maybe the powers that be could add a little weight , and throw in 4 or 5 400's along with the airliners . And to keep the yanks happy buy a few C130J 's , im sure we could flick the old hercs off to some african place.

These days, I pass Amberley on the train, three days a week - would be nice to see props there again. When I first moved out here, I had Caribous flying up my street about 500' AGL, following the railway to get back to base. Cannot forgive the College for closing their airstrip, thereby denying the RAAF access for their training (in overnight off-base work), and denying me that lovely engine sound sad.gif
Not terribly happy about the RAAF ditching the Caribou, either, but such is life.

Strange all so quiet in regard to A320 performance - the rust and biggest NO real difference in fuel costing .. political knob sucking for a replacement aircraft maybe .
Fact is Govt buy deals and keep the truth quiet - example 737s are as good as the BUSTS ... so later years the 400 .. well time will tell.

SP - I have some pics of the old YGAT from them days - undulating, with a hump in the middle and a crossfall of about 20'.
Will dig them out and post them - had a different provider then.
The College is about 2 or 3 km in a straight line from my place.

Yup, great work there Marty.
Amazing that a prop can have so many blades... mind you the engine development all but bankrupted the programme!
Rollus is a talented but quirky designer, the systems would be quite involved, but I bet you get an air hostess thrown in for good measure...

Thanks AB , I think it will suit you . Works out to be about $31 (NZD) and 500 or so mb download. I have to pull my sliders back for this one , but thats ok for now.

Wouldn't take much to change that roundel ...and maybe put a compass on the tail winkyy.gif .....
