Thanks Paul , Very Appropriate, course the first flight to the front in 1914 was from Dover to Amiens in their BE-2a's , No.2,3,4 and 5 Sqn on the 13th August , took then just under two hour to get there making it the beginning of the RFC in WWI.

A MP, sounds a good idea, be great to find and scenery done for the region .
That next years theme, the campaign , we are still a year off that fateful day, The Dardanelles, is the longest Dreadnought and Battleship fleet action in history were the ANZACS were born into history, that is all now history, This is the Beginning.

Hey lads, ANZAC day has pretty much come and gone, I didn't personally get in on any multiplay action today but I did suck down a bunch of awesome scenery for FSX for Turkey. There are some incredible freeware airports for most of the major commercial centers, downloadable via: http://www.freewarescenery.com/fsx/turkey.html
The stuff from the sanalpilot.com guys in particular is excellent, as good as a lot of payware IMHO, great detail in the buildings and surrounds, and photoreal etc.
There's also an FS9 freebie mesh in a 5-part download for Turkey by Abdulkadir Ozturk, available at avsim.com, works well in FSX for me.
Oh, if anyone's keen to do a circuit round the Gallipoli peninsula there's a nice download available for Canakkale Airfield which is close by over on the mainland opposite the peninsula, see ...
