If you really want to see the detail in effect on the QW146, zoom right in on the rear landing gear just before you touch down and watch all the joints work...

Just watched a report on CNN , showing the 146 being used as a water bomber . Same group also use a DC-10 .... amazing to watch.

They inherited aircraft form Ansett and flew them even direct Christchurch to Auckland and back into the early 2000s
