I went for a quick spin last week in one... didnt end nearly as well as yours though. I am having trouble with the vc, black area for everything below instrument panel, might have to download again... but the engine sound outside brought back memories from working on them

Hello John - be sure to get the download from CBFS - that is the only official source.
I am seeing a bleedthrough problem in the VC, just below the left side of the panel coaming. I think it is caused by my machine, though...

Great post Mike ..... i spend a lot of time in this old girl. Very sedate , but a bit hard to slow down sometimes (for me anyway) you have to be right on(or under) the numbers for flap extension .
And one of the best sound sets around for its age .

I think it is a combination of viewing angle/distance/paint/model. I'm not worried about it.
Even a modest machine like mine, feeding a hi-res monitor, can show up things which would not normally be noticed.

Lovely plane- just wish it had an on/off switch for the annoying engine flame out/ freeze out. Drives me nuts. Great to see the old girl in someone else's pics lol

RR darts... just cant trust them...kidding, they were pretty good for their time. I recall as a kid standing on the terminal roof with my fingers in my ears with the screaming darts warming up...
