I predict that you're going to have some problems landing that at Waddington here in NZ - maybe a Cub or Cessna on a good day but that behemoth .....
. . .
However, on the other hand, you didn't say anything about actually landing at your destination so maybe there's another alternative?
Good capture as well as providing some food for thought!

'Wadders' is just before Sheffield on the other side of the railway lines as you drive the main road on the way to Arthur's Pass - it's where you turn off to head to the Waimakariri Gorge bridge.. . . . maybe 30-40 houses or so. I'm sure one of the local farmers would let you land a small aircraft if you bribed him with beer.

Well there we go so close to home .. I simply flew past at a 100 MPH in the ole days ... that case, I'll also bring a set off Sheffield knifes .. to cut the fresh lamb steaks after a whoops
