A lesson in fuel calculations. The Xtreme Protypes Lear 24 is quite a thirsty aircraft, and as such, things got a bit interesting regarding my fuel state when approaching Stavanger, Norway. As I'm still getting used to the fuel usage traits of this aircraft, it's worth noting that the final approach and landing you see below was basically a one-time shot. I didn't have enough fuel to perform a successful go around and second approach into the airport. Needless to say, it was probably the most tense approach I've had in the sim, in calm weather, in quite a while. I'll be loading more fuel into this aircraft for future flights!
All of the shots below are edited slightly as I was experimenting a bit in my photo editing software just with bloom, colors, and contrast/shading.
This is the "Xtreme Prototypes" Learjet 24 for FSX. The livery is available in the Avsim library if one searches for "Xtreme Prototypes".
The flight was from Bergen, Norway to Stavanger, Norway, featuring Aerosoft's airports for both departure and arrival.
There are a total of nine images in this post.

The flight synopsis is as follows:
Waited in line at runway 35 at Bergen for a few AI arrivals and departures, as pictured.
Climbed up to 13,000 feet in cloudy conditions over Bergen enroute.
Joined the ILS for Runway 01 at Sola (Stavanger) Airport. Fully coupled to the autopilot down to minimums as extra assurance of flight stability in order to further reduce the risk of having to go around due to an unstable approach.
Successful though rough landing on Runway 01 due to low level wake turbulence (courtesy of ActiveSky Next)...but I made it to the parking stand with less than 2% fuel left according to the FSX stats.
Thanks for looking.
