What was back in the 1980s .. Pin Stripe Blue Jeans , David 'Dax' Sweetman did a wicked job of this one and your screen really shows that ! cool.gif

Thanks Naki , i think they looked great in that paint as well ... today its all dull and boring.

Yes indeed Ian "Blue Band Airways" thumbup1.gif I remember being at Whenuapai when they ran the competition to design the logo on the tail , i submitted an entry , and oddly enough it was similar to the one that won , bit with a globe behind it .

Funny really .. they could have saved load's of paint , the NZ strike force , just watched the news tonight about 100 years going to WWI ... be a turn for the books were, like you me and many will say I told ya so ... the paint tho really suits the aircraft and since always more in a strive saving situation returning to the more civil set.

Do the mirrors on the land-tug work? If so, you might have a very clever shot indeed...

No sadly they dont Mike , in fact Im yet to find a working mirror in fsx .... must check that again.

It certainly looks the part but I suspect it is just showing an animated gif. The xml is in the cab file, along with the bmps. I haven't extracted the files, cos I don't want to get bogged down in that sort of stuff. That said, if I was going to try it, I would make it a camera view from inside the cockpit looking astern - downsize it, make it a 'permanent pop-up' and so on. The old Grand Prix Legends in Win98 had genuine working mirrors.
