Thanks CZ, It gets a lot more fun when there is half a dozen, one off course has to operate the carrier, they get fun job as the batman LSO officer and ATC smile.gif

Ian has the pics covered, I took some from similar angles, the following is about the only angle not covered, looking out of my Corsair as Ian preps for what must have been the shortest unaided carrier launch ever

A good screen , a very cheap payware, course time of the sim it took a little while to return to the carrier, mainly it was that "hose nose" that caused a few landing and lining up problems, great alright and be great to see a lot more back into this ... the Swordfish would the ideal first time trainer - a freeware from http://flyingstations.com/swordfish.html

Arrr the Carrier mishaps .. I'll dig the photo up the shows at times this really happened, one almost exactly the same as Deans - the final screen, it puts into perspective how dangerous wind and across deck turbulence affects a perfect approach.

Haha, nice Waka. Yeah looks like I musta decapitated the photographer on that one. Was going swimmingly, then lurched to the left, over-corrected, and took out the tower laugh.gif
