Always one of my favourite runabouts, and now there is one with an NZ registration and history. biggrin.gif
Thanks to Andre Reimers for the paint, and JBK for the Monospar. Found it on flightsim this morning.

Every new Zealand aviation history has a photo of this one ... tho most are B/W the 1986 book 'The story of New Zealand Aerial Mapping has two colour photos showing in a metal coloured dope and was still flying at the time of publication.

Nice... remember that one well. Pity it was destroyed in a hangar fire and Aerial Mapping have also gone the same way

Thanks for that info Paul , I did not know what happened it, that would have been as valuable as hell , it performance was great but some of the photos Piet Van Asch took were quite amazing for the period.
