Though I haven't yet figured out to center the HUD presentation, here's the release (600 mb).

Good close in screen
... Still no scrolling up with the mouse wheel when you put the mouse on the LGT HUD just below the HUD keypad .

That part works and I get an occasional glimpse of what must be the lower right of the HUD display - just haven't figured out how to bring it into the center.

Hope you get it sorted Dave ... i have to be honest , i don't like the real thing , or the simulated version.
Im not sure what it is ... much prefer the Pilatus offering.

Least I find the Texan a better type rather the CT4 , the Pilatus PC9 is really a Texan simply license built or visa versa.
