Maybe not gremlins, more likely langoliers, if you are talking about critters which eat aeroplanes...

I hope you saved the location - you just found a multidimensional gate between sims. Some pieces of your plane ended up in P3D, som others in X-Plane :)

It is a combination also off having to much installed as well , your 32bit system is working beyond its limits ,

Wadda ya mean Skinman .... " to much installed" i have 39kb left on the hard drive ... B-) plenty of room to move , those little kb fellas dont move around much.

We have a rule in this house -- treat your PC like an Airbus, and reboot it now and then. Fixes most problems.

All the above from me was jest ... your right Rob , and i do , and i defrag at the end of each session (otherwise Steel will get me) .
It mainly happens when have a lot going on in the background . Since i changed fsx onto an external 2TB drive , and also moved "my pictures"folder to the same , i cant use the V key for capture. I use screenhunter , i think there may some delay between the screen forming and capture , and screenhunter grabs whats there at the time.
If i pause the shot i want , wait for a minute and then take the shot its ok.

I know ... upgrade :rolleyes:
