There seems to be a theme emerging over at the screenshot comp, with a couple of Central Plateau shots already -- The Subscription Central Plateau will be undated next issue, here's a shot of Tongariro...

I think the B-52 must be just slightly hidden behind the mountain ... actually I have a photo very similar to that but on the southern side from my bike tiki tours, unfortunately the have took a lot of detail out and it has aged. ..... that looking great B-)

...another WOW!.... ....!

....reminds me of my Sim trips up the Sonoma Valley to Mount Shasta in Northern California!

Wonderful scenery in both locations!

Paul....I like nice ground scenery!.... :D ....!

Another nice trip is up the Central Valley in California. The fertile Bread Basket of the USA!

Suffering from severe drought (and Wildfires) at the moment!...>>>

Funny through this area the main road is called the 'Desert Road' strange I ripped thru here many times mainly to stop at the Army Museum , I always preferred tho the Whanganui Raweti National Park route on the bike then across to Turangi then head up.
