Cant comment on the dynamics as I've never flown one ... but from a screenshot point of view (mine) , it rates highly :thumbup:

Not the only one... damn near killed Bob Hoover!
Compressor stalls, poor hydraulics, poor low speed handling - not my favourite jet fighter.
Seems Naki's "Soviets" thread has vanished... some comparisons there of the competition (which was just as bad.)

I think those early jets demanded a lot from their pilots. The F104 was probably just as bad, in fact the F104 probably killed more people than the F100 did. I would have loved to see the Thunderbirds with the Sabre.

This was a pleasure to work on. Hope you enjoy 796, Factory and the TBirds!

I just released this over at SOH. RDAF Eskadrille 727 with FW-221 unit markings from recently USAF delivery. Later would convert to "G" unit number.
