NonFlying Hercs at Edwards ... Ive posted many like this before , but I was reviewing the old C/S Herc this afternoon ....and , at present, there is nothing that can replace the old girl.
JK , I could have posted hundreds , there are so many good repaints for this thing ... hope you enjoy ... Happy new year.

And following a suggestion from Charl ( regarding another aircraft) from long ago .... you dont need the whole aircraft .... and he is right , trim a bit off here and there.

And to think one said "I don't like the look of the Herc" .. they look dang snazzy coming past at low level .. full tits going for it 50 ft off the deck B-)

I don't know what it is about the herc, she just appeals to me... I am probably in the minority on this one

Thanks again and Happy New Year to you too!

It was at Christchurch when the viewing deck extended well out to the northern side when this LC was trundling along running it engines up.. in its US Navy colours , that really looked and sound impressive, ir simply looks the part.

Thanks Marty B-) , that's the sorta thing, talking about the 1987 NZCH airshow, the C-130 really put on a superb display .. I'm sure it was simply because it was so flat and no obstacles... racing in a low level .. YEAH !
