I do like this ... 747's forever, be worth checking if the V3 come out with the 800 series.

I think the 800 is going to be a future release for V3, happy with the 400's tho.
The only thing is that the 2 ANZ liveries are RR powered.
Only the first 3 400's were RR RB211-G3 powered, the other 5 were GE CF6-80C2 powered, would love to know how to make up a GE powered ANZ repaint.

I'm not sure about the ANZ747 different livery's we missed viewing regular 747's here in Christchurch almost 10 years back except for CRIKEY ! even this was three years almost to the date !

I was lucky, in my time at ANZ I saw the retirement of the 200's and saw them all get painted to Virgin's colours, then I got to see all 8 400's arrive, nothing like the smell of a delivery km interior...lol

Also got to see them pop the slide form the upper deck on the first 400 when it arrived. Cabin crew complained that in training they couldn't action the upper slide, so when it got here, guess what....lol
Would have made a good addition to a theme park, high and steep...lol

The things you get to see, it would great to return to those days, I was an outside engineer making bits and pieces for the 737's and the 727 when needed upgrades, funny I the chance to crawl thru NZ17271 when stripped out .. fun days
