Another flight with the Dreamliner to learn the Basics on it.
Well, after a long time with Boeing 737/757/767 it is another type of flying, far more "bureaucratic", a lot of information. For example. If You have not programmed the complete flight for autofly, the preparation for ILS-landing is far more work than in the 757/767. Looking for the right STAR, klick... klick...kjlick... In the 757 change the frequency and set the zwo autopilots on ... automatic landing. Often enough the ingeneers think, more is better but in my opinion this is not ergonomic and to much "Schnickschnack."
And this aircraft is hungry. Looking for an I7 and 8GB RAM Minimum... And some things are to reduce, that we not hear this "BLAM"... BLAM" just before OOM. Here I think is the consequence forget FSX and go to a 64-Bit-Simulation if you have the right hardware.Not under 3GHz I7 with 16GB Minimum RAM fast SSD and a adequate Grafik-Board for P3D V4. This 787 is the border between good flying in P3D when she comes out for P3D and average and frustrating flying with always OOM-risk in FSX.
