Varoy Airport is meanwhile closed...

It was a simple idea to fly from Varoy to Helle. The conditions are not so dangerous, the aircraft is from the Royal Norwegian Air Force and it looked all not so bad.

Rrrrummmmps! Something in this engine is a bit out of control....

Back to Varoy is no option, onwards to Helle with this engine is suicide and ...YEAH! WE HAVE FLOAT“s! Not good., the waves are to high.
Next aerodrome is Leknes...

With the crippled engine it is a long and dangerous journey... it is not the distance but the question how long did the rest his work before it also quit.

The engine quit... but he had worked long enough to reach Leknes. Sometimes you need a little bit of luck.
